This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") applies to every person and entity that accesses or uses the Guiden platform, websites, applications, and APIs (the "Service"), including Creators, Learners, visitors, API users, and any employees, contractors, assistants, or other individuals acting under a user's account. It is incorporated by reference into the Guiden Terms of Service and the Learner Terms of Service.
This Policy sets the baseline rules for everyone. Creators are also subject to the Creator Content & Course Rules, which govern what content may be uploaded and sold through the Service. Where the Creator Content & Course Rules impose stricter requirements, those requirements control. Where this Policy conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control.
1. General Conduct

2. Account Rules
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by employees, contractors, assistants, and any other individuals you allow to access it.

- Do not attempt to access another user's account, content, AI conversations, progress data, or analytics.
- Do not create multiple accounts to evade enforcement actions, fees, plan limits, or usage limits.

- Do not circumvent or attempt to circumvent paywalls, digital rights management, authentication, access controls, rate limits, usage limits, billing systems, or other technical protections.
- Do not probe, scan, penetration test, or otherwise test the vulnerability of the Service without Guiden's prior written permission.
- Do not upload or transmit malware, spyware, ransomware, viruses, exploit code, or other harmful code.

- Do not use the Service, its outputs, or any data accessed through it to train, fine-tune, build, evaluate, or improve any AI model, system, or service outside the Service.
- Do not use AI features to generate content prohibited by this Policy or the Creator Content & Course Rules.
- Review and verify AI outputs before relying on, publishing, or distributing them. AI outputs may be inaccurate and do not constitute professional advice.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
- Do not upload, share, or distribute content you do not own or have the rights to use.
- Do not copy, redistribute, resell, or screen record Creator content for distribution.
- Do not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, right of publicity, or right of privacy.

Creators should also review the Creator Content & Course Rules, which describe prohibited and restricted content categories in detail.
6. Privacy and Data
- Do not collect, scrape, or export other users' personal information except through features Guiden provides for that purpose and as permitted by applicable law.
- Do not sell, share, or transfer Learner data obtained through the Service to third parties, including advertising platforms and data brokers.
- Provide all notices and obtain all consents required by law for any tracking tools, analytics, or third-party embeds you enable through the Service.
- Honor opt-out requests and data subject requests you receive from your own visitors and Learners.
7. Reporting Violations
To report a suspected violation of this Policy, including abusive conduct, infringing content, or a security vulnerability, email legal@guiden.ai. Please include the account or content at issue, a description of the problem, and any supporting detail. Guiden reviews reports in good faith but does not commit to any particular outcome or timeline.

Severe violations, including those involving child safety, fraud, illegal content, or threats to the integrity or security of the Service, may result in immediate termination without notice or an opportunity to cure.
Appeals
To request review of an enforcement decision, email legal@guiden.ai within 14 days of the action, including the affected account, the action being appealed, and any relevant context. Guiden will review such requests in good faith but reserves final and binding discretion.
9. Changes to This Policy
Guiden may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance.
This Policy is incorporated into the Guiden Terms of Service and the Learner Terms of Service. All questions, reports, notices, and appeals should be directed to legal@guiden.ai.
